Mail to any MP at the House of Commons, Ottawa, Ontario K1A 0A6 is postage-free. Include your name and full address so the office can reply.

2Call the office

Every MP has an Ottawa office and at least one constituency office in their riding. Constituency staff handle most local questions.

3Send an email

Most MPs use firstname.lastname@parl.gc.ca. Mention your riding and postal code so your message reaches the right person.
